Recently, the company successfully developed the first set of high-temperature and highly corrosive slurry conveying diaphragm pumps in China, filling the domestic gap and enhancing the company's comprehensive technical strength and competitiveness in this field. The pump has a novel structure, special materials, and a high degree of intelligence. The conveying medium is a high-temperature solid-liquid two-phase slurry with a temperature of 220°C and Ph=1. The product ran smoothly during the test, and all performance indicators met the user's design requirements.

They have carried out on-site coordination and fitting, debugging and testing, normal temperature operation and other processes in an orderly manner. During this period, they have dealt with problems such as "the pressure of the pressure gauge of the safety valve manifold on the hydraulic pipe will gradually rise" and "burst and leakage of the high-temperature pump outlet air chamber inflatable pipeline". They have reasonably coordinated and arranged on-site resources, paid attention to on-site safety, and ensured the smooth progress of the test process.
