On January 9, a user's on-site residual oil hydrogenation unit of Panmao Technology achieved successful one-time feed start-up and successfully produced qualified products. All nine sets of reciprocating pumps in this device, which are used to transport high-temperature, high-pressure, and easy-to-condensate key media, all usevolumetric pumpproducts independently developed by Panmao Technology, helping users achieve the highest localization rate of similar devices.
This batch of reciprocating pumps needs to stably transport heavy materials such as wax oil under extreme working conditions of maximum temperature274°C and maximum pressure of 26.94MPa, which places extremely high requirements on the reliability of long-term operation of the equipment. Panmao Technology's technical team relies on its rich experience in the research and development of hydrogenation reciprocating pumps and has implemented a number of customized designs in key aspects such as sealing system optimization and pressure pulsation suppression based on the actual working conditions of users. By carrying out multi-physics simulation analysis of the liquid end and strictly controlling the stress level of the pressure-bearing parts and the hot and cold matching clearance, we ensure that the product still has excellent performance stability and safety and reliability under extreme conditions.
