Recently, the2025 China Innovation Methods Competition (Chongqing Division) and the 8th Chongqing Innovation Methods Competition came to a successful conclusion. This competition is jointly sponsored by the Chongqing Science and Technology Association, the Municipal Federation of Trade Unions, the Municipal Science and Technology Bureau, the Chongqing Municipal Committee of the Communist Youth League, the Municipal Women's Federation and the Chongqing Academy of Science and Technology. The "Research on Improving the Sealing Life of Reciprocating Pump Plunger Based on TRIZ Innovative Method" project submitted by Panmao Technology advanced from the preliminary round to the finals after fierce competition, and finally won the first prize, achieving a major breakthrough since winning the award in 2024.
The China Innovation Method Competition is a national professional event organized by the China Association for Science and Technology and is held annually. The competition aims to further strengthen the dominant position of enterprises in scientific and technological innovation, cultivate high-level scientific and technological innovation talents, enhance the independent innovation capabilities of enterprises, promote the deep integration of scientific and technological innovation and industrial innovation, mobilize the majority of enterprise scientific and technological workers to actively serve the innovation and development of enterprises, and contribute to building a technologically powerful country. The participating projects mainly cover the practical application results of technological innovation methods, management innovation methods and other innovative methods in R&D, production and learning life.
