Testing center: Continuous efforts to ensure product reliability
Product durability test is a double test of performance and personnel. Recently, in order to ensure the water testing of the key project- the vertical waste heat removal pump prototype, the testing center established two young commando teams to perform 100-hour uninterrupted durability tests in shifts. The test center is still brightly lit late at night, and young employees focus on monitoring and recording data to ensure the continuity and accuracy of the test and successfully complete key tasks.
Complete system platform: advancing on multiple fronts to break through key tasks
The complete system platform newly established in January 2025 is currently being advanced on multiple fronts. The manufacturing of the six high-pressure tanks involved in the two key contracts is almost completed, the first one was successfully tested, and the remaining five will enter the pressure test stage as planned.
Among them, the20 cubic meter overweight high-pressure tank (with a dead weight of 74 tons) has a heavy task and a tight construction period, and is listed as a key must-complete project in December. Team Bai took the initiative to tackle the problem and has now advanced to the final stage of the strapping operation, ensuring overall safety and accuracy with skilled skills.
In addition, as a brand-new product, the hydrogenation reactor adoptsthe dual-line promotion strategy of "part-piece processing + flange surfacing anti-corrosion layer". At present, part-part processing and key anti-corrosion processes are carried out simultaneously to accumulate process experience for expanding into new fields.
Key projects are delivered on schedule: collaborative efforts to fulfill customer commitments
In early December, all 11 centrifugal pumps of Yitai Yili Energy Co., Ltd. contracted by the company have been shipped. The project has been signed since April 2025, covering a variety of complex pump types, with challenges such as tight delivery deadlines and high technical requirements. During the execution process, the technical department worked hard to tackle key problems, and the machining center overcame high-temperature assault parts processing. Each department strictly controlled quality and responded quickly to ensure the close connection between testing, assembly, and shipping, and ultimately achieved guaranteed quality and on-schedule delivery.
At present, all members of Panmao Technology continue to work hard and are sprinting with all their strength to steadily move towards completing the annual goal.
